3 Lines of Strength

Our Strength floor consist of 3 types of strength training equipment.  For starters, our members use our Matrix line for a complete body workout.  This line offers selectorized machines that are designed with cams that vary the resistance through your muscle’s natural strength curve. This cam will cause a progressive loading of resistance on the target muscle.  The second line is our Hammer Strength which is a plate-loaded line.  Most of the equipment on this floor uses Iso-Lateral® technology delivering the smoothest converging and diverging arcs of motion in the industry. This allows users to move both limbs at the same time, one at a time, alternating, or with different weights for each.  The final weight floor is our free weights.  This floor consists of your dumbbells and benches with Olympic bars and power racks.  Training with free weights requires you use many different muscles to maintain your balance while using free weights, you do engage more stabilizer muscles while improving your overall muscle strength.
