Our Group Fitness Classes

PRINT A SCHEDULE

At Elite Fitness we offer Group Fitness Classes 7 days a week.  Our classes are taught by some of the top Certified Group Fitness Instructors and/or Personal Trainers in the Chicagoland area. Each of our Instructors provide members with modifications so that you may make the necessary adjustments for your current fitness level.

All fitness levels are welcome!  With new members enrolling daily it is our job to make you comfortable in your new class setting.  Ask a staff member which classes are recommended for your specific fitness goals.  Grab a friend, a place in class and enjoy your workout in a group setting that is so fun that you will be wondering where the time went.

Cardio Classes

Looking for a blood pumping cardio workout? If so, choose from our Turbo Kick®, CardioSculpt, Zumba®, Steppin Up or Tabata classes.  For a brief description of the class simply click on Class in the schedule.  Don’t forget your water bottle!

Muscle Defining Classes

Jump in on any of these workouts that are designed to tone and define your body.  Improve your shape, strength & endurance with PiYo™, Megaflex, Kettlebell, Kettleblast, bodywork, total body pilates, Butt & Gut or Buns & Guns.  Towels or mats are required for these class formats.
